Celeste Rivera is a junior at UC Santa Barbara, where she majors in political science with an emphasis in International Relations. Celeste is a California native; she grew up in the suburbs of Los Angeles and was exposed to social and political activism from a young age. Celeste is trained in classical piano and attended the Pasadena Conservatory of Music from the age of seven until she graduated high school. Celeste cut her teeth in broadcasting at UC Santa Barbara’s own KCSB FM as the DJ of her show, where she enjoys exploring the Latin American goth subculture. After graduating from UCSB in 2023, Celeste looks forward to exploring her options in law.
